The Wellness Score is generated after members complete their Health Status Profile. The Health Status Profile is a brief questionnaire where you answer questions regarding your weight, tobacco use, physical activity, stress level, sleeping habits, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Your answers are then calculated and generated into your Wellness Score. Members use this score to see where they are doing well, and areas that may need some improvement.
Targeted reporting helps members drill down into their Health Status Profile to get a detailed look at their results. These reports provide you with your current health status and recommends steps you can take to improve your health and well-being.
Along with the targeted reports, members receive a comprehensive report for all areas measured during the Health Status Questionnaire. This detailed report shows your current health status along with your Health Achievement Goals. The Health Achievement Goals are designed to keep you motivated and on track towards a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. You will also receive a similar report that you can show to your health care provider.
Wellintune makes it easy to track your daily caloric intake. We have an extensive catalog of restaurants, meals and food items to give you an accurate calorie count every time. Simply enter what you had to eat and drink that day, and wellintune calculates your remaining calories. Our Food History Report provides you with a snapshot of your week, month or year so you can easily track your progress.
Physical activity is just as important as watching what you eat. The Physical Activity Tracker lets you enter any type of physical activity and syncs with your FITBIT®! From swimming or hiking to walking the dog or running on the treadmill, you can easily enter your physical activity and then see the calories you've burned added into your Daily Calorie Budget. The Physical Activity History Report lets you see your activity level for that day, week, month or even year.
The quality of your night's sleep can directly impact your health and well-being. A poor night's sleep can lead to poor food choices. By monitoring your sleeping habits, you can better understand your wellness and may even discover a correlation between your night's rest and the food you choose to eat. Use the Sleep History Report to see if there is a trend in your quality of sleep and your Health Achievement Goals.
